Is GymNha completely free?

Yes. The entire exercise library, video guides, and knowledge articles are completely free. No account required to browse, no paid tier, no intrusive ads.

Do I need an account to view exercises?

No. All 1,200+ exercises are viewable without signing in. Accounts are only needed when you want to save workout plans, log sessions, or receive personalized recommendations (feature in development).

Where does the exercise data come from?

GymNha aggregates data from multiple industry references (Lyfta, kinesiology textbooks, sport-science research) and edits the content for clarity in Vietnamese and English, focused on home-gym scenarios.

Do you support English?

Yes. GymNha supports Vietnamese (default) and English. Switch languages with the EN/VI button in the top-right nav, or add <code>?locale=en</code> to any URL.

Can I contribute exercises or images?

Right now the team curates content centrally to maintain quality. If you'd like to suggest exercises, report errors, or contribute data, email [email protected] — we appreciate community contributions.
