Lift your right arm and left leg off the ground simultaneously, as high as you can, while keeping your head and neck neutral.
As you lift, twist your torso to the right, so your left elbow and right knee move towards each other.
Lower your arm and leg back to the starting position, then repeat the movement with your left arm and right leg, twisting your torso to the left this time.
Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions, keeping your movements controlled and your core engaged throughout the exercise.

Controlled Movements: To perform the twist, raise your opposite arm and leg off the ground simultaneously. For example, if you raise your right arm, also raise your left leg.
