While maintaining this pose, pull the towel towards your chest by bending your elbows and squeezing your shoulder blades together, this is your Row.
Extend your arms back out in front of you, still holding the towel, while maintaining your lifted position.
Lower your arms, chest, and legs back to the ground to complete one repetition, then repeat the sequence for your desired number of reps.
